Risk Assessment
A risk assessment is a systematic process of identifying hazards and evaluating any associated risks within a workplace, then implementing reasonable control measures to remove or reduce them.​
Section 10 of the OSHA 2005 requires an employer to, within 30 days of the start of operation, make a suitable and sufficient assessment of any risk to the safety and health to which any employee or visitor is exposed whilst he is at the workplace

Fire Certificate
The legislation requires every building owner to be compliant to the fire services standards. A fire certificate is awarded when the fire services are satisfied with the preventive/control measures put in place to ensure that the occupants are safe in case of fire outbreak.

We will assist you in the application by carrying out inspections, providing you with recommendations , preparing your building plans & location plans as required by the fire services and hep you collect all the information required to fill the application form.
We will assist until you are awarded a fire certificate.
Fire Drill
According to OSHA 2005, a fire drill should be carried out yearly.
We can carry out a fire drill for you which will include:
(i) Briefing of the fire wardens & chief fire wardens
(ii) Brieing of occupants (if necessary)
(iii) Fire drill
(iv) Fire drill report which will include observations and recommendations of fire wardens and our consultant.
Health & Safety Policy & Procedures
According to Section 6 of the Occupational Safety & Health Act (OSHA) 2005, every employer of more than 50 employees should:
(i) have a safety policy which consists of a written statement of his policy with respect to safety & health of his employees
(ii) establish safety procedures (E.g Fire evacuation procedures, procedures to follow in case of accident, etc)
(iii) appoint such persons as may be necessary to implement these procedures
(iv) ensure that any employee, so far as is practicable, is provided with adequate safety and health information, instruction and training
