Electrical Design
Design from scratch of electrical systems including load calculation, sizing of cables, design of electrical panels, design of lightning protection, sizing of capacitor banks, sizing of generator sets, sizing of voltage regulators & earthing systems for industrial, commercial & residential projects. The electrical design is certified by a Registered Professional Electrical Engineer (RPEM) with the council of Registered Professional Engineers (CRPE) of Mauritius

Electrical Testing & Certificate
Testing & commissionning of a new installation is vital to asses the quality & safety of the installation prior to handing over of projects. Various tests such as RCD tripping time/currents tests, Insulation resistance tests, earth loop impedance tests, illuminance testing (LUX meter) & earth resistance testing are undertaken and a completiton certificate is issued with accordance to BS 7671 electrical Installation standards certified by a Registered Electrical Engineer.

Energy Audit
It consists of inspection & survey in buildings to analyse the energy consumption. The aim of this exercise is to reduce the energy consumption of the client without negatively compromising on the operations/processes of the working environment. Similar exercises during past project have impacted in considerable (20-30%) reduction in monthly utility bills

Thermal Imaging Tests
Thermography is a preventive maintenance technique deployed to analyse hot spots in electrical panels switchgears, busbars & electric motors. An abnormal difference in temperature captured by the thermal camera would incur the need for closer inspection/ maintenance. Hot spots can be caused by loose connection, unbalanced loading conditions of defective switchgears

Power Quality Analysis
To minimize the risk of lost production and damage to electrical equipment, power quality analysis is used to monitor a system for problems, find the cause, and initiate corrective action. The installation & analysis of data retrieved from a power logger equipment will look for unusual events and determine the proper power conditioning equipment or other steps needed to resolve the issue. Common power quality issues are presence of harmonics, low power factor and unbalanced current in 3 phase systems

Support Contract
It is highlighted in the Occupational Safety & Health Act (OSHA) 2005, as per section 7(i), that if ever a plant load demand exceeds 500 kW, there is the need to employ a Part Time or Full time Registered Electrical Engineer. Monthly inspections and complementary report services, as stated by the ministry of Labour, Industrial Relations & Employment, are offered.
